Bring Katalyze into a biopharma manufacturer's operation, starting with one high-value use case, and stay with the team until it runs every day.

Deployment strategists work with MSAT, quality and manufacturing teams to choose the first job for Katalyze, such as deviation investigations or batch record review. You'll connect the records and systems that job needs, set up how results are checked, and make sure the people who own the work trust what comes back.

You'll be the customer's main partner from the first meeting until the job runs every day, then help them expand to the next use cases. What you learn on site shapes what our engineers build next.

The role is based in our San Francisco office, with roughly 25 to 40 percent travel to customer sites.

What you'll do

• Lead deployments from scoping the first use case through go-live and expansion
• Map a customer's records, systems and workflows to what each job needs
• Run working sessions with MSAT, quality and manufacturing teams on site and remotely
• Define success measures with customers and report progress to their leadership
• Train the experts who review results and act on them
• Work with customer IT and quality on validation, data access and security reviews
• Bring what each deployment teaches back to product and engineering

What we look for

• Three or more years in MSAT, process engineering, quality or a related manufacturing role
• Hands-on experience in biologics or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Working knowledge of GMP, deviations, CAPA and batch record review
• Comfort leading meetings with operators, scientists and site leadership
• Clear writing and the ability to turn messy requirements into a plan
• Willingness to travel to customer sites around 25 to 40 percent of the time

Nice to have

• Experience bringing software into a regulated operation
• Background in consulting, solutions engineering or another customer-facing technical role
• Familiarity with MES, LIMS or QMS platforms, and some SQL or Python
