About the role
In this role, you’ll help run the platform that our product depends on. You'll keep your infrastructure highly available, resilient, and easy to operate while making delivery feel effortless. Infrastructure Software Engineers improve our fast-paced dev, test, and release process while owning modern CI/CD and Canary tooling. You’ll play a key role in monitoring and incident response, diagnosing issues quickly and restoring service with minimal disruption.
Beyond reliability, you’ll elevate Developer Experience and our Product Development Lifecycle. Expect to help keep Super.com at the cutting edge of AI enablement by building and maintaining internal MCP servers, AI code review workflows, async agents, and shared prompt/context patterns that actually scale. You’ll also contribute directly to the bottom line through cost optimization, and take part in our on-call rotation to ensure we respond fast when production needs us.
About the team
