In this role, you’ll be the primary workplace experience contact for our growing US remote team, creating experiences that bridge geographical distances and foster a truly inclusive culture across time zones and continents. This is a high-impact, human-first role where your creativity and strategic thinking will directly contribute to establishing global continuity and making meaningful connections. You must be based in the US and in EST or CST timezone.
What You'll Lead and Shape
This is about much more than just event planning; you'll be designing the employee journey with a "People First" mindset.
- You'll lead connection and community building initiatives across our global remote teams , moving beyond transactional interactions into meaningful relationships.
- You'll own the planning and coordination of company-wide events and off-sites , ensuring every experience supports employee wellbeing and reinforces our values.
- You'll serve as the dedicated workplace expert for the US market , managing local communications and addressing the specific needs of our US remote workforce.
- You'll create consistent event frameworks and standards by partnering closely with your Workplace Experience peers in Spain, France/UK, and Poland.
- You'll manage the global events budget and vendor relationships , ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience globally.
- You'll develop innovative employee experience programs and continuous feedback mechanisms to measure and improve effectiveness
Salary: $85,000 USD
What You'll Need to Succeed

- You must be based in the US in EST or CST timezones.
- You'll need proven, hands-on experience in workplace or employee experience, events management, or a related field.
- You'll need a proven track record of managing multi-location programs.
- You'll need strong project management and vendor management skills.
- You'll need experience with remote workforce engagement strategies.
- You'll need excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
- You'll need knowledge of US employment practices and cultural nuances.
- You'll need proficiency with Slack and Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).
