You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, analysts, and engineers to ensure research supports business goals. You will communicate findings clearly, champion the customer perspective in internal discussions, and mentor non-researchers in engaging with customers. You will also contribute to maintaining an outstanding research practice and positive team culture.
