The Role GuestyPay is Guesty’s embedded payment processing solution, built directly into our property management platform. As a Sales Specialist, you are responsible for taking customers who have expressed interest in GuestyPay and driving them through the final stages of the funnel.
This is an execution focused role at the intersection of sales and operations. You aren't just an administrator; you are a pipeline driver. Your mission is to use your persuasion, persistence, and problem-solving skills to overcome friction, handle objections, and ensure our users successfully adopt Guesty’s fintech solutions. You’ll spend much of your day managing application workflows, unblocking stalled accounts, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and assisting in escalations.

The Role GuestyPay is Guesty’s embedded payment processing solution, built directly into our property management platform. As a Sales Specialist, you are responsible for taking customers who have expressed interest in GuestyPay and driving them through the final stages of the funnel.

- Application Monitoring: Monitor hundreds of accounts simultaneously, ensuring no deal "stagnates" in the funnel for more than 72 hours.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Underwriting and Operations teams to troubleshoot application errors and expedite bank approvals.
- Escalation Management: Act as a problem solver, coordinating with internal teams to resolve blockers quickly.
- Onboarding Support: Guide customers through KYC requirements and ensure successful activation.
- Drive Account Activation: Own a high-volume pipeline of pending applications. You are measured on your ability to turn "Pending" into "Closed-Won."
- Payments Experience: You have hands-on experience working with payments, credit card processing, or similar financial workflows.
- Extreme Organization: Ability to manage a dense "to-do" list with zero balls dropped.
- High Energy & Resilience: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and view "no" as a challenge, not a setback.
- Strong Communication: You can craft compelling emails and hold professional, persuasive phone conversations with business owners.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Google Suite is a plus.
- Ambition: You are looking to kickstart a career in Fintech or SaaS Sales and are willing to put in the work to master the fundamentals.
