This is a full-time hybrid role located in Metro Manila, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. As a Customer Experience Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with integrating and managing their accounting needs within the Guesty platform. This includes troubleshooting, providing support for account reconciliation, addressing inquiries about billing, and ensuring seamless financial processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and provide valuable feedback for product enhancements.
- Strong skills in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Account Reconciliation
- Experience with Customer Support, Problem Solving, and Building Positive Client Relationships
- Proficiency in Software Tools, especially Accounting Software and CRM systems
- Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to adapt to hybrid work arrangements and collaborate effectively both onsite and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience in the short-term rental or hospitality industry is a plus
