We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. In this role, you will take ownership of marketing analytics, partnering closely with the marketing leadership team to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide insights that shape marketing strategy. You will own the Marketing department’s dashboards and data pipelines, analyze key lifecycle and campaign data, and surface insights that directly inform decision-making.
You will work primarily with SQL and Looker to query, structure, and present data and will help refine the analytics framework for our marketing efforts across acquisition and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to person for all analytical aspects related to marketing performance.
- Develop, refine, and maintain metrics to monitor marketing success across channels such as paid search, paid social, email, and organic.
- Maintain and improve existing dashboards and create new ones.
- Define, build, and track KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, ROAS), presenting results and trends to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Background in Marketing analytics.
- BSc/BA in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in SQL (essential).
- Solid knowledge of reporting and data visualization techniques (essential); experience with Looker is a plus.
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred by not required
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Experience as a business analyst in a SaaS B2B company.
- Background in statistical research.
