As a Technical Producer on the in-house video team, you will be a hands-on contributor in video excellence. Responsible for continuing to raise the bar of video when it comes to quality, strategy, and storytelling. You have the capabilities to see projects from start to finish from concepting, pre-production, production, post-production and delivery.

You will be part of a creative force creating video content for product launches, customer stories, marketing campaigns, social and growth across the company.

This role is for someone who is a builder at heart, someone who wants to be part of an in-house video team creating best in class content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owning projects from end-to-end internally and or externally.

  • Working across all intersects of video; product, brand, marketing, growth, social, events, livestream.

  • Applying a high level of executional craft when it comes to ideation, concepting, cinematography, lighting, sound, colour, and editing.

  • Managing external partners to ensure they meet our high standards of production and experience when working together.

  • Working cross functionally across the organization.

  • Provides timely feedback during all stages of production to ensure we are aligned with stakeholders and building towards our vision.

  • Identifying opportunities or gaps to contribute to the growth and development of word-class in-house video.

  • Applying thoughtful, intentional, and strategic decision making to create high performance content.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of experience in creative video production, with deep technical skills in filming, lighting, colour, sound, and editing.

  • Experience and knowledge of strategic, high performance video.

  • Proven track record owning projects from end-to-end.

  • Strong understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.

  • Experience in using project management tools and track record of working. cross-functionally with design, marketing, and product teams.

  • Proficient in video creative tooling such as Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, and Figma.

  • Experience with AI tooling such as ElevnLabs, Midjourney, NanoBanana, Veo 3.

Our Compensation Philosophy

Spellbook uses industry benchmark data to establish compensation bands for all roles. The salary range listed for a position reflects the expected total wage range for the role—including base salary and on-target commissions, where applicable—and may span multiple career levels. Final compensation is determined during the interview process based on factors such as experience, skills, scope, and role level. In addition to base salary and applicable commissions, total rewards may include equity, health and wellness benefits, and other company programs.
