About the role
This Senior Product Designer role sits at the center of our Core App Experiences and plays a critical role in shaping how millions of members engage with Super.com. This position owns end to end product design from early concept through polished execution, driving both app cohesion and measurable business impact. The role offers a unique opportunity to operate across multiple verticals, influence quarterly strategy, and partner closely with product and engineering leadership to improve engagement and retention. It is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, balances strategic thinking with pixel level craft, and wants to shape both product experiences and the systems that power them.
About the team
This role is part of the Product Design team that spans multiple product verticals across the Super.com app. The team is responsible for delivering a cohesive, high quality end to end experience for our members. Designers collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data partners to define strategy, launch experiments, and iterate quickly based on insights. Craft excellence, data informed decision making, and cross functional partnership are core to how this team operates. The group actively contributes to and evolves our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across the product ecosystem.
What you’ll be working on:
• Design end to end product experiences from initial concept and user flows through high fidelity visuals and production ready prototypes
• Partner cross functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and explore broad solution spaces
• Balance strategic product thinking with detailed execution across multiple verticals
• Conduct and synthesize user research and leverage product analytics to inform decisions
• Rapidly prototype and test ideas using low and high fidelity approaches to validate solutions
• Contribute to quarterly strategy, roadmap planning, and experimentation that drives engagement and retention
• Evolve and maintain the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating high craft and data informed outcomes
• Demonstrated experience owning end to end product design from discovery through delivery
• Strong cross functional collaboration experience with product, engineering, and research partners
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and move projects forward in fast paced environments
• Clear communication and storytelling skills with experience presenting to cross functional stakeholders
• Expertise in Figma and modern product design tooling, including system maintenance
• Strong systems level design thinking and contributing to a design system
Bonus points for:
Experience designing for consumer facing mobile applications
Experience in data informed design, leveraging A/B testing and data science insights using experimentation tools such as Amplitude
