creation has to feel like entertainment, not software. you ship with engineers, not after them. you own what people see and how it feels.what you'll do- own the core creation flows — the stuff everyone touches- design it, prototype it, ship it. not just hand off specs- define the visual language for a product people use every day- run experiments, cut what doesn't convert, move ontools- Figma- React / CSS — shipping in code is a big plus- PostHog — you use data, not just tastewhat we want- you design for outcomes, not your portfolio- strong opinions about what makes creation feel good- you iterate in hours, not weeks
