Role Overview
We are looking for an Enablement Team Member who will play a key role in building, scaling, and maintaining high-impact enablement resources across the organization. This role is deeply integrated with AI-driven workflows, leveraging modern tools to create, update, and optimize content at speed and scale.
You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure teams have the knowledge, tools, and training they need to succeed—while using AI to continuously improve how enablement is delivered.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Powered Content Creation & Management
- Develop and maintain enablement resources including playbooks, product documentation, training materials, and internal guides using AI tools
- Use prompt engineering and AI workflows to accelerate content creation, updates, and localization
- Continuously audit and improve existing resources using AI-assisted insights and feedback loops
- Build reusable templates and scalable content systems
- Leverage AI tools to enhance search, retrieval, and knowledge surfacing
- Partner with Product to stay up to date on feature releases and roadmap changes
- Collaborate with GTM teams to identify enablement gaps and opportunities
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously refine content and programs
Data & Continuous Improvement
- Track usage and effectiveness of enablement materials
- Use analytics and AI insights to identify content gaps and improvement areas
- Iterate on resources and programs based on performance data
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in enablement, training, content development, or a related field
- Strong writing and content structuring skills
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for content creation or workflow automation
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, user-friendly materials
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, revenue operations, CPQ, or billing domains
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows
- Basic familiarity with automation tools
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Additional certifications or coursework in enablement, instructional design, or AI are a plus

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is CA$80,000 – CA$95,000 per year.
